Megan joined Altman Rogers & Co. in July 2015 as an auditor before exploring opportunities in other sectors, including for-profit organizations and tribal government. She returned to the firm in August 2024 and now serves as the Director of Operations. In this role, Megan is responsible for the firm’s internal accounting processes and reporting, marketing, IT oversight, and other operational frameworks. Her combined experience in accounting and organizational operations provides her with a broad perspective that strengthens both the firm’s internal management and its client service capabilities.
