Kirsten joined Altman, Rogers & Co. in 2022 as the firm’s Human Resources Generalist and holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She was promoted to Manager in 2024 and now oversees all aspects of HR, including daily operations, benefits administration, performance reviews, and recruitment efforts.
