We offer part-time tax internships in winter and full-time audit internships in summer and fall, giving students hands-on experience with active client engagements. Starting Summer 2024, we’re also adding our first Client Accounting Services internship!

Interview Process
Audit & Tax Professionals
While most of our recruiting efforts occur in the fall for entry-level positions, we encourage applicants year-round for those positions, including internships.
- To be considered for a first-round interview, you’ll need to submit the items listed in “Application Process”. Many of first-round interviews will occur on a college campus if it is for an internship or entry-level position, but we can also do virtual interviews.
- For experienced professionals, the first-round interview will be conducted via phone, Zoom, or in-person at one of our offices.
- If a second interview is required, these will typically occur in one of our offices and will be conducted by one or more of the firm’s shareholders.
Support Staff & Other Professionals
We are seeking qualified individuals on a year-round basis for our Client Accounting Services department as well as our administrative and support department.
- A phone screen will be conducted in most cases for these positions to determine if the applicant meets the initial requirements of the position. Phone screens are typically conducted by the Human Resources Generalist.
- If an applicant is selected to be interviewed, the hiring manager will conduct the interview (via phone or in-person). Sometimes, another staff member will take part in these interviews.
- For management level positions, typically a second-round interview will occur with one or more of the firm’s shareholders.
